Grünig Natursteine GmbH complies with distance selling laws (Legislative Decree No. 185, May 22, 1999) and later amendments to consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

  2. Scope:
    All purchases made online by a consumer acting for personal use and not for business purposes are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, an essential part of the contract. These terms must be read and accepted before placing an order, and customers are encouraged to save and/or print them. The applicable terms for each order are those displayed on the website at the time of ordering.

  3. Orders:
    By purchasing from Silberquarzit webshop (shop.gruenig-natursteine.com), customers accept that all order notifications are provided electronically (email). Orders must be complete with accurate details to identify the customer, products, and delivery location. A confirmation email will be sent upon order acceptance. Orders are subject to stock availability, and Grünig Natursteine GmbH reserves the right to reject incomplete or improperly filled orders.

  4. Products:
    Images and descriptions on the Silberquarzit webshop (shop.gruenig-natursteine.com) are for illustrative purposes. The products are sold without samples, and customers are responsible for verifying product suitability for their needs.

  5. Prices:
    Prices are those indicated on the website at the time of ordering, inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs will be specified in the order summary. Grünig Natursteine GmbH reserves the right to modify prices and shipping fees, applicable to orders placed after such changes.

  6. Payments:
    Payments can be made using the methods available on the website, including credit card and bank transfer. All payment information is transmitted securely without access by Grünig Natursteine GmbH.

  7. Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are detailed during the order process and depend on the destination and weight of the goods. Additional fees may apply for remote areas, which will be communicated in advance.

  8. Delivery:
    Grünig Natursteine GmbH will deliver the products to the specified address via a trusted courier. Delivery times depend on the product's volume and destination. Unloading is done at street level, and no additional services are provided. Delays caused by customer absence or other external factors are not the company's responsibility.

  9. Customer Absence:
    If the customer is not present during delivery, they are responsible for any additional costs for redelivery or storage.

  10. Guarantee and Complaints:
    Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to check the goods. Complaints must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Grünig Natursteine GmbH will replace defective goods and cover shipping costs if defects are confirmed. The company is not liable for issues caused by improper storage post-delivery.

  11. Promotions:
    Promotions are subject to stock availability and specific limits set on the website.

  12. Right of Withdrawal:
    Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, provided they return them in their original condition at their own expense. The refund will exclude shipping and packaging costs.

  13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
    These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be handled by the court in the customer's jurisdiction, provided it is within Italy. Otherwise, disputes will be handled by the Milan court.

  14. Product Uniqueness:
    Natural stone products are unique, with variations in color, size, and texture due to their natural origin. These characteristics are considered part of the product's value and not grounds for claims.

  15. Retention of Title:
    Ownership of the products remains with Grünig Natursteine GmbH until full payment is received.

  16. Complaints:
    Complaints can be submitted via email to info@gruenig-natursteine.com or by post to Grünig Natursteine GmbH, Jaufenstrasse 102, I-39049 Sterzing (South Tyrol).

  17. Privacy:

  18. Amendments to Terms:
    Grünig Natursteine GmbH reserves the right to amend these terms, which will apply to orders placed after such changes.

  19. Invalidity of Clauses:
    If any clause in these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in force.
