Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the delivery. The period begins on the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Conditions for Returns:

• Cleaning Products: Cleaning products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Opened or used cleaning products are excluded from returns.
• Natural Stone Slabs: Natural stone slabs must be complete, undamaged, and in perfect condition. Damaged, cut, or altered slabs cannot be returned.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. It is recommended to use an insured shipping service to avoid transport damage. The goods should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method. Shipping costs from the original delivery will not be refunded.

Please note that returning natural stone slabs requires special care to prevent damage during transport. Damage due to inadequate packaging will result in exclusion from the refund.

These cancellation terms are in addition to the consumer's statutory rights.
